What We Offer
We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client, and we tailor our support to each family’s individual needs. Let us take some of the load off of you; you deserve it.
We want to work ourselves out of a job by providing you with the foundation and tools you need to thrive as you move forward into life with your new baby!
Education and support, including, but not limited to, getting more sleep, infant feeding, newborn care, light housekeeping, routine building, meal prep, a safe listening ear, baby-wearing assistance, caring for the infant and siblings while parents rest and care for themselves, referrals to other resources, and generally deeply caring for the postpartum parent, mind, body, and soul, during recovery.
Our Process
Reach Out
Fill out the contact form, and one of our team members will be in touch shortly to schedule your free consultation. We want to answer your questions and share more about our services to make sure we are a good match before any commitments are made.
Design Your Support
You decide what you want your postpartum recovery to look like! Choose how many hours and a rough schedule for when you’d like our doulas’ support. Flexibility is always built into our services.
Make It Official
Secure your doula’s availability by signing the Service Agreement and making your first payment. We ask for 50% down at the time of signing, and the remainder is broken down into weekly installments after your baby’s due date.
Play It Out
You will meet with your doula around 36 weeks to get to know each other better and discuss your postpartum plans. You’ll let us know when your baby arrives to schedule your support!
Postpartum Services

You’ll be matched with a doula based on your needs and our doula’s availability. Each of our team members has been trained and certified as a postpartum or full-spectrum doula. When you’re matched with one of our independent contractors, you’re also receiving the experience and knowledge of Hays behind the scenes!

Postpartum Doula Support is $60 per hour for singletons and $70 per hour for multiples.
A minimum purchase of 24 hours ($1,440) is required. We feel this is the minimum amount of time we can make the biggest impact on your experience and wellness.
The daytime minimum scheduled shift is 4 hours, and the nighttime minimum is 8 hours.
The retainer fee (50%) is non-refundable since we are holding availability in our calendars for you, sometimes turning other families away to do so.
